Call numerous times a day. Leaves no message. No one on line when I answer.

Received threee (3) unsolicited calls within 45 minutes from this number on my cell phone, which I have registered with DO NOT CALL

Patrick Mercer. Said he's filing a case against me.

Called my cell phone, asked for me by name, I asked who was calling then they hung up.

To my cell phone. Who the heck are these people and why send text messages to someone you don't know or even continue to call?

WOW, THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST, THEY CALL YOU JOB, SEND FAXES TO I DON'T KNOW WHO, AND EVERYONE THEY TALK TO THE TELL ALL YOUR PERSONAL BUSINESS. I HAVE SOME OF THE COVERSATIONS ALONG WITH THE FAXES TO MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT GOING TO ANY AND EVERY DEPARTMENT. THEY ARE ABOUT TO MAKE ME LOSE MY JOB.

got a call stating i owe money for a deliquent account. she wouldn't give me any information, she just said she is going to garnish my check if i don't send the entire amount due in 7 days. she also wouldnt give me a supervisor saying to me that "i can talk to you anyway i want so long as i get the money you owe this company!! if you people would pay your bills we wouldnt have to sue you!!" i looked on the internet and got an 800 number that is connected to this office and got a supervisor name to call. i hope this supervisor listens, if not, my lawyer will have fun with them!

I hope reporting these calls leads to cease and desist legal issues for these people & their nuisance calls.
